Every ride is carefully tailored to create the best possible experience for each guest.

Our guides match horses based on rider size, experience level, and temperament of the horse to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable combination.

Before the ride, we assist with mounting, adjust stirrups, and provide clear basic instructions so you feel confident, relaxed and ready to enjoy the experience.

Lucca Ranch Experience
At our Lucca location, all rides are at a walking pace only. This is due to uneven terrain and hilly countryside paths.

These rides are scenic, peaceful, calm, and ideal for all experience levels. Beginner riders can join rides up to a maximum of one hour. 

Mountain Ranch Experience (Advanced Riding)
Experienced riders may request a faster-paced ride, including trotting and galloping, available only at our second ranch (approx. 45 minutes drive from Lucca or 45 minutes by train).

Faster riding is subject to weather and trail conditions and is always at the discretion of our guides for safety reasons.

We look forward to welcoming you for your ride. We understand that plans can change, but as horses, staff and equipement are prepared specifically for each booking, the following policy applies:

Groups of 1–3 riders

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride: refund minus €15 processing fee per booking)
• Within 24 hours: the booking is non-refundable

Groups of 4 riders or more

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the ride:refund minus €15 processing fee per booking)
• Within 48 hours: the booking is non-refundable

Late cancellations 

Within 24 hours of the activity the booking is fully non-refundable. If one or more participants in a group do not attend, the reserved places remain payable and cannot be refunded.

The safety of our guests is our top priority.

All participants are required to wear a safety helmet which is provided by us.

All rides are guides by experienced instructors who provide clear safety instructions before and during the ride.

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may be relavant to your participation.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and may be subject to weight and height restrictions for safety reasons. 

Your booking is only confirmed once the full payment has been received.

Payment link validity: 12 hours
If payment is not completed in time, the time slot may be released

We aim to create a friendly and enjoyable shared riding experience for all guests.

Private rides are not guarenteed unless booked in advance. 

Solo riders will normally placed in a group, unless a private ride is requested.

A private ride is available upon request, subject to availability, within a supplement of 35€ per person (minimum 2 riders required).

Alternativily, a solo private arrangement may be requested with a 45€ supplement.

Mountain Ranch: maximum 10 riders (legal limit)
